Wedding Collections Begin Around $5,500
Most couples land between $6,500 and $10,000.

Where you sit in that range depends on coverage length, number of filmmakers, drone work, and whether your day includes events beyond the wedding itself, like a rehearsal dinner or a weekend celebration. We share full pricing and a personalized recommendation on our first call.

Elopements & Smaller Days

For weddings that don't fit the wedding shape.

Elopements, courthouse weddings, and small intimate ceremonies have their own coverage tier. We've kept this option accessible because the work to film a short, real moment well isn't proportional to a full wedding day.

Frequently Asked

Questions couples ask us first.

How do we reserve our date?

To officially reserve your date, we require a signed agreement and an initial payment. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and we take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure every film receives focused attention.

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes, full stop. We film weddings of every kind with the same approach: listen to the couple, learn what matters to them most, build the film around their story. If a vendor has ever made you feel less than welcome, that's not us. Everyone is welcome here.

How far in advance should we book?

For most weddings, 8 to 12 months ahead is a good window. For prime dates in the Philadelphia area (September through November, and often April and May), couples often book 12 to 18 months out.

What kind of film will we receive?

Every collection includes a 5 to 8 minute highlight film. Many couples also add documentary edits, a full feature wedding film, full ceremony or speech films, or a short trailer for sharing. We guide you toward the structure that best reflects what matters most to you.

How long until we get our films?

Teaser films are typically delivered within 3 weeks of your wedding. Highlight films follow in 4 to 5 weeks. Documentary edits take longer because there's significantly more footage to shape into a coherent story.

How involved are we in shaping the film?

We guide the overall creative direction while collaborating with you on what matters most. Through questionnaires and planning conversations, we learn your priorities, tone preferences, and the people who are most important.

Can we choose the music for our film?

We invite you to share direction. A genre, an artist, a specific song, or another film that reflects the tone you're drawn to. From there, we research and license music that aligns with your preferences. Final selections are always properly licensed for professional use.

Who will be filming and how many filmmakers are included?

Each wedding is filmed by a trusted member of the Stagger Films team, selected based on the scope and structure of your day. Most couples choose two filmmakers to capture multiple perspectives and ensure nothing meaningful is missed.

What happens if something unexpected occurs?

Backup coverage is built into how we operate as a small team, not as a solo shooter. In the rare event of illness or emergency, another experienced Stagger filmmaker takes over the lead role, and we have a trusted network we can draw on for additional support.

Do you give couples the raw footage?

Raw footage is available as an add-on, not a default inclusion. For couples who want something more watchable than raw clips, we also offer a FOMO film, a longer, more thoughtfully assembled version of the broader day's footage that's much easier for families to actually sit down with.

How do you back up our wedding footage?

Every camera we shoot on records to two memory cards simultaneously throughout the day. Files are offloaded to two physical drives by the end of the night, and a third backup goes to cloud storage within 48 hours. We keep archived footage for a minimum of five years.
