Beyond the Toast is a hosted guest interview experience. A host invites the conversations that might otherwise pass between the moments. A dedicated videographer records the interviews, so their words can stay with you.

Your host comes knowing the shape of the celebration and the people you especially hope to hear. The VIP List helps us find those voices without turning the gathering into an appointment schedule.
In the room, an invitation can become a story, a laugh, or something no one thought to ask. Guests do not need a prepared speech. Our interview videographer records the conversations as they happen, with the host leading the experience.

Roaming conversations, a seated lounge, or a home base with roaming can fit different rooms. A hybrid works when the space and schedule support both.

Will you interview everyone on our list?
Your VIP List points us toward must-have voices, but interviews depend on availability, willingness, and the flow of the event. We do not promise a specific number of interviews.
Can this be added to a welcome party or rehearsal dinner?
Yes. We can plan the consecutive interview window around a welcome party, rehearsal dinner, reception, or another private occasion.
Can we have broader event video or photography too?
Those services are not included in the hosted interview experience. Wider event film coverage may be arranged separately through Stagger Films. Interested in photography as well? Let us know in your inquiry and we’ll coordinate options through Stagger.
Do you travel for weddings and private events?
Yes. We’re based in Philadelphia. Wedding coverage includes travel within 50 miles of the city; other travel and any accommodation needs are confirmed in your quote.
